The location near Veliko T. was excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The restaurant served delicious food for lunch and dinner, even though they didn't have everything on the menu. The rooms were spacious and the mattresses were comfortable. The pool was large and enjoyable, despite needing better maintenance. The dining area, both indoors and outdoors, was spacious and charming. The courtyard was lovely, with a trampoline and small wooden playground for kids. The staff, including the cleaning personnel and receptionists, were professional and friendly. , the hotel provided a big swimming pool with clean water.

The hotel had a gorgeous and well-maintained architecture that gave a great sense of relaxation and escape from the busy city life. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities, including a mini-fridge and a kettle, which were quite useful during my business trip. The location was strategically placed near the town center, making it very convenient for me to explore the area. I absolutely loved the beautiful garden and the impeccable outdoor pool, the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of work.
Sadly, there were some disappointing experiences that I encountered during my stay. First, the breakfast was not up to standard, with limited options that left me craving for something more appetizing. Second, the staff was not very helpful or friendly, which led to some communication problems. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not very modern or well-maintained. Finally, the overall cleanliness of the property left me wanting a bit more attention to detail.
